Abstract:

This is a short Billings Gazette Newspaper article pertaining to the plans of the State of Montana to sue federal agencies for the movement of bison out of Yellowstone National Park into Montana. The State of Montana wants the federal agencies managing the bison (DOI's National Park Service and USDA's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service) to agree on a plan to deal with the problem of bison emigrating out of the park.
